The challenge: The “blind spot” after the sale
The customer faced two main challenges:

- Loss of contact: Once the bottle left the winery, the company lost its connection with the actual consumer. In addition, after visits and tastings, the absence of a structured database made it impossible to track who had visited the winery, when, and which activities they had taken part in. This made it extremely difficult not only to reconnect with visitors, but also to build lasting relationships and offer targeted promotions.
- Passive online reputation: It received few spontaneous reviews, risking that a single isolated negative feedback could impact the overall brand image.

The Solution: the Check-Ai ecosystem.
We implemented Check-Ai not only at the entrance for tastings, but directly on the product label.
- QR code on the product: an exclusive access point printed on the bottle that invites consumers to discover extra content (producer videos, food pairings).
- Check-in & lead generation: to unlock the content and receive a discount coupon for the next purchase, the user completes a quick check-in via email or phone through a customizable landing page.
- Automated marketing via WhatsApp Business: the system sends automatic push notifications to thank customers for their purchase and, after a set period, follows up with a satisfaction survey.
- Smart review filter: Check-Ai knows when to ask for a review. If the survey feedback is positive, it sends a link to Google or TripAdvisor. If the experience is negative, the link is not activated, allowing the admin to handle the issue privately and protect the online reputation.
